I would hereby like to cordially invite all children who live in Lichfield and the surrounding areas as well as those who might be visiting this most magnificent Cathedral City during the Valentine's Day period to attend the Arts and Crafts workshops that I'll be running at the Dr. Samuel Johnson's Birthplace Museum in Market Street.

For the minimal fee of £2 the youthful exuberance of many an aspiring litle painting or crafts wizard will be taken to altogether different heights amid the pulsating surroundings of the magnificent building that houses the treasures and most intimate secrets of the legendary Lichfeldian son, Dr. Samuel Johnson.

The workshops take place on February 13th and February 15th between noon and 4 p.m. An adult should accompany a child at all times as per museum policy.

So, why not commemorate the Valentine's period in a slightly different manner by getting into Lichfield and savouring its many attractions and whilst you are at it bring your beloved youngsters to the city's special landmark that is Dr. Johnson's Birthplace Museum on the above-mentioned dates and leave an immortal imprint into their beautifully fresh minds!
